I think ... Richard and Candace S. lead this weeks hike to Peters Brook trail in Blue Hill.  Hard to believe that such a nice place exist right under our noses. Lunch was stream side in the woods.
 

Black Mountain in Sullivan. 07-15-2014

Bob and Sandra B led this hike on Black Mountain it was a T shirt and shorts day.  Lunch was at the top of the mountain with a million dollar view of Maine

 

Hiking and kayaking in Castine . Cora H., and Judy H

Cora H., and Judy H lead a large contingent of DOC kayakiers around the Castine peninsula on a bright and warm day with no wind or waves ... perfect ! Afterwards we gathered at Dave and Ann's house for watermelon and home made sweets.

Sears Island A DOC Favorite

Jim & Kathy led 24 DOC members on this weeks hike on Sears Island starting on the Homestead trail to the beach for lunch then continuing around the island on the beach. Great weather once again.
