Cider Party-Saturday, October 25

Once again Judy & Cora organized another apple cider pressing party in Castine.  It's hard to beat fresh apple cider and hot donuts and good weather.

Dick and Barbara S were hike leaders this day.  Catherine Mt is always a favorite hike because of the stunning views that reward those who are willing to endure the climb. Also it's another great place to have lunch.

Mary Ann had a great turn out for this outing with great weather and no bugs for the day.

Another Quarterly meeting and potluck lunch in Ellsworth 9/4/2014

Another Quarterly meeting and great food.  Also this is a great time to say "Hi" to club members that don't make it to hikes very often.

Bar-B-Q at Trina & Tom's Home 8-14-2014

Trina & Tom stepped up and answered the club planning committees call for help in leading a hike/outing on this date.  This was the 2nd time the club has been invited to Trina & Tom's home for a BBQ and use of their access to the Penobscot river for canoe and kayaking.  Good food, good weather and good friends, WOW

I think ... Richard and Candace S. lead this weeks hike to Peters Brook trail in Blue Hill.  Hard to believe that such a nice place exist right under our noses. Lunch was stream side in the woods.
