November 22: Happy Thanksgiving!
No DOC hike this week unless you were one of the lucky wayward DOC members that had nothing better to do than have Thanksgiving & pot luck dinner at Bob & Sandy's house. The table was set for 13 & everybody came with a dish to put on the table. Turkey, Ham and all of the fixins made this 5th edition of wayward DOC'ers on T-Day 2012 another success.

November 15: The new Duck Brook in Bar Harbor
November 15: Christina D. lead this weeks hike in ANP. Typical November weather for Maine but it was a pleasure to get out and share the day with some friends. The DOC members are pretty lucky to have ANP so close to home.

November 8: Acadia Mountain in Acadia National Park
November 8:
Acadia Mountain in Acadia National Park. Lead byMary Beth D.
Cold, fog & drizzle, typical Maine weather for November did not deter about 20 DOC members from getting outdoors and some exercise. Actually it wasn't as bad as it sounds. I think we all had a pretty good time.

October 8-10: Two nights at Twin Pines
By popular demand the club returned to Twin Pines resort in Millinocket near the south entrance to Baxter
State Park, I think this was the 3rd year the club has returned to Twin Pines. Mary Beth D. did a fine job of organizing this years outing and combined with great fall weather it's safe to say that everybody had a good time . . again.
Jane & Gordon and Linda B. provided some fine musical entertainment one evening . . see the videos below
